five on friday!

 happy friday loves!
this has been the LONGEST week ever!

 not to mention I haven't felt good for over half of the week either!

1. tattoo ideas....
still coming up with some things but still need to find someone who wants to draw these for me or do them on the computer since I am not good at that...go see that post here

2. snow...
it is currently snowing here & it makes for a wonderful friday even if I am at work until 6 before a dinner meeting tonight at 7!

3. banquets & meetings
I will be in all kinds of meetings and a banquet saturday night... photographing of course!
 

 4. long weekend...
no work monday means wine & take out night sunday with the girls!

5. migraines...
sorry for not posting much this week but the migraines have consumed my week... and the not sleeping :(

 

 

 

new year & cold weather...

well... happy new year!!

it has been crazy here getting back into work yesterday for the first time in two weeks & the fact that we have ice & snow and 4 degree weather!

Winston came to stay with us after Christmas while his parents were in NYC! we were celebrating the UK basketball win over Louisville! it's a huge deal here : )

keeneland sales start today actually! went out on new years day to help get some things set up for mom. the three chimneys boxes always look so pretty.

weekend recap.

oh what a weekend it was.

 I went out with some friends from college this weekend & we had a great time.

so sad that it is Monday now...

we went to nick ryan's for dinner on Saturday night. its such a cute little place downtown but always busy! reservation is a must! good food & good company.

we walked past the blue heron on the way to the wine bar. this is a cute little bar that sits next to nick ryan's.

the wine bar was fabulous. it is a new place in Lexington that is right down from the restaurant.

off to have pomegranate cosmos after the wine bar.

Reagan played dress up with my mom this weekend because she thought it was funny. we love Halloween around our house!

she looks so amused.

yesterday we had a baby shower for one of the girls at the barn. it was a blast, all of the horses had pink streamers on. she was completed surprised.
