where have I been....

oh my! I have been MIA & I know it! I took a half day at work on Thursday last week & began moving stuff on Friday to the new farm... while being gone.... the internet at my house was not working over the weekend & that would be why I have been MIA! I totally apologize for it! however I will admit it felt nice to unplug for a while!   let me catch you up to speed from the weekend!!!   Thursday afternoon I found out that I am done with school forever!!! yay for having graduated from grad school!! now I have to figure out what to do with my life.. don't we all...   Friday I started moving stuff to the new farm. Saturday I moved some more stuff. worn out!! let me tell you! Saturday afternoon I took some time to myself & went and got my nails redone & got a cute Lilly skirt for Easter yesterday! the one below to be exact!!  

 

sunday was awesome!

mom and I had a lovely Easter with a client of ours after we got done moving some stuff in the morning.

I will be so glad when the move is over!

 

I finished up the engagement session on Friday.... I will share some of those tomorrow!

   

five on friday!

it is a very rainy and gross Friday here in Kentucky! either way... happy Friday!   1. UK basketball that would be right, our final four game is tomorrow night! hoping we can pull this one off and if we do I hope we play florida again!   2. engagement shoot sunday I have an engagement shoot on sunday that I am looking forward to after having to reschedule it from last week due to all of this rainy weather!   3. long week it has been such an incredibly long week. there has been so much going on in my personal life as far as dealing with my friends death and some other things going on with my moms business. I am glad it is Friday & glad to have a night of nothing going on.   4. bright nails I went and got my nails redone last night. so happy spring is here so I am into the bright colors now! it makes me so happy.   5. horse shows next weekend is the first horse show of the year. not sure if I am ready yet or not but I am glad I will just be coaching :)    

 

longest week ever!

I have never been so happy to see a Friday!!

this has been the longest, most stressful week I have had in forever!

and to make today better...it is supposed to be 66 degrees out!

enjoying it while we have it, next week isn't looking too promising!

I have some photos from the photo shoots last weekend to share as well!
maybe I will get those up over the weekend... which reminds me I still need to post about florida!

1. basketball

EKU & UK both play today & I happen to have a EKU tshirt and UK sweatshirt on today.

cheering them on all day!

 

2. work

this week has been the most stressful week in a long time. a lot going on at work but thankfully I got caught up for the time being.

 

3. weather

I keep hoping for spring but not getting my hopes up because we keep getting so close and then it goes away! enjoying the weather today after work. Sunday through Wednesday have snow on the way but then back up to being warm.... let's hope anyway.

 

4. music

its been a day of music today... all kinds anyway. started with garth brooks in the car this morning, which if you didn't know, he is moving to Nashville & going back out on tour!! now I have moved on to counting crows. they are super awesome in concert if you have never seen them!

 

5. stress

my personal life has been one big stressor this week. it is a bit better now but not as calm as it should be. it has been filled with a lot of confusion, frustration and stress. I don't have time for that but I guess I need to sort through it & hopefully figure it out.
