unexpected snow.

so on Saturday morning we woke up to an unexpected five inches of snow! we rarely get that much snow here!!! we were only supposed to get maybe an inch but it just kept coming! so... I decided to have a little fun with it on Saturday :)

 

weekend recap...

 

oh goodness the weekend was not long enough nor relaxing really.

I spent most of my weekend running around getting some things done before leaving for florida before too long but I also had a sick horse on my hands. I spent all day sunday back and forth at the barn with the vet. thankfully as of this morning he is doing a bit better.

this pretty girl ended up snuggling with me on the couch Saturday night watching the Olympics! she usually doesn't like to do that but she did for once :)

1. my neighborhood still looks like the photos below from the other day... & work is not much better.

 

2. speaking of the work parking lot, I fell yesterday morning & now both of my knees are black/blue & I have a huge gash in my hand.... waiting to see if my left knee is going to be okay since it is the knee I had surgery on before.

 

3. the baby pony got a big boy ribbon yesterday for national end of the year awards!

 

4. I actually got riley to sit on the couch with me last night & somewhat cuddle while watching the Olympics.... at least she looks like she kinda likes it below.

5. I get to spend most of my weekend working on my capstone paper for school!!! bring on april!! I am so ready to be done.

 

 

snowy weekend...

weekend...

this weekend consisted of lots of cold weather, snow & the grammys.

I spent my Saturday morning playing in the snow with the dog children... pictures to follow here like tomorrow maybe!

and yesterday it was in the 40s so the snow began to melt...

so my pony & I went on a nice walk since she has to have today through Wednesday off because of the cold again.

she was quite happy to get out and go for a walk!
