boston.

sorry it has been a bit! I was in Boston for five days for a conference. I was lucky enough to get out & about for a little bit.   I will share some photos with you guys!  

we went down to Harvard on the first day we got there since we got to Boston early. It was one of the things I really wanted to do.

this was the church & graveyard right across the street from Harvard's campus. I thought it was super interesting. some of the graves are marked from the 1700's.

weekend recap.

sorry I have been MIA since Thursday or so! I ended up taking Friday off of work and kinda got lost in time a bit. it was nice to have Friday off to spend the day cleaning and hanging with the puppies!

it was such a wonderful fall weekend.

Saturday night I met up with my best friend & one of her friends & went through a corn maze! it was a ton of fun & it was in the dark!

wow did the weekend fly by!!

it was a really great weekend, one with no horse shows which is far & few between this time of year. one more non horse show related weekend coming up this weekend & I will be shooting senior photos!

this guy came to spend the weekend with us while his parents were at the lake! he is super sweet and the girls love him!

she loves her toys like no dog I have ever seen before! riley is a bit wild but we love her! she is the cutest puppy ever!

my best friend jess came home from California finally!! she just graduated from culinary school our in Napa Valley. so glad to have her home even if it is just for a little while before she is off on her next adventure. I had a great time with her Saturday night.

 

road trip.

so I have been a little MIA over the past 5 days. I took a road trip up to indy right outside chicago to go visit a friend I don't get to see much!

we had a blast! we hung out at her parents house & went to do a few things in chicago!

what a much needed road trip! I hardly get to go on any trips without them being horse related in some sort of way so this was a nice change!

oh monday...

oh yes it is monday. and it certainly feels like a monday.

it was very nice to have an uneventful holiday & some time to not do anything.

that NEVER happens in my life, especially around this time of year.

this little guy came to visit me on the fourth of july.

he is super sweet and belongs to a friend of mine and I am going to be showing him this fall for her.

the only other highlight from my weekened was that my best friend is back in town!

so we went to dinner, her cousins brewery and the dance studio we both dance at on friday night! it was a blast! so glad to have her home for a few weeks!
