five on friday!

 

 yay for Friday!!!!! 

1. my neighborhood still looks like the photos below from the other day... & work is not much better.

 

2. speaking of the work parking lot, I fell yesterday morning & now both of my knees are black/blue & I have a huge gash in my hand.... waiting to see if my left knee is going to be okay since it is the knee I had surgery on before.

 

3. the baby pony got a big boy ribbon yesterday for national end of the year awards!

 

4. I actually got riley to sit on the couch with me last night & somewhat cuddle while watching the Olympics.... at least she looks like she kinda likes it below.

5. I get to spend most of my weekend working on my capstone paper for school!!! bring on april!! I am so ready to be done.

 

 

weekend shenanigans...

 what a weekend!! it was a great one & I have photos!!! 

here we go....

here I am at the dance studio, halloween party! I have been ballroom dancing for 7 years now!  

Louis Van Amstel from Dancing With The Stars was in for coaching & I got to watch him teach & photograph it!

here I am with Louis, he is super nice! it was really cool to get to watch him teach & dance in person!

 

saturday morning was frosty & kinda cold! it was very pretty & your typical fall morning in kentucky! it did warm up pretty quickly.

I don't usually jump horses anymore since I have had knee surgery, but we have a client whose horse just loves to jump so I try to take her out for some fun about twice a month! it was a gorgeous morning for it!

saturday night I went to one of my favorite bars. some guys I went to college with own it. its a small microbrewery. I went out by myself to go see a good friend who bartends there. 

I was able to get on & walk my girl on sunday morning. hoping that she gets better soon!

 

mom & I went to go see the titanic artifact gallery. it was really cool. I wasn't able to take photos while in there but if you ever get the chance to go & see it I suggest you do.

ended my sunday hanging out with this girl in the grass in the afternoon. :)

 

 

weekend shenanigans...

my weekend was not that exciting so instead of boring you with how bad my closet was to clean I have a few photos from the weekend. however cleaning my closet was wonderful, I got rid of so much stuff which made me feel good. being able to donate my clothes this time of year always makes me feel good to, knowing there are people that need them.

 

here is timmy the other morning. he was coming up for breakfast on this chilly morning. turned out to be a pretty cool photo.

riley has now discovered that the kitty sits in the papasan chair so she also figured out how to jump up in it with out it flipping over on her. she was pretty proud of herself. kitty on the other hand is not very happy.

my poor pony got hurt while I was gone to St. Louis & none of us really know what happened. I am hoping she gets better soon. I was able to walk her on Saturday from this photo, however Sunday & today her leg is swollen again. 

got some photos done from the horse show. I am completely caught up on photos now until the wedding that I am shooting on November 2.
